We are a HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL REMODELING company and are looking to add several new high-skilled carpenters to our team.

* * * If you're not high skilled keep pushing yourself to learn & grow & you will achieve the level of expertise you're aiming for!

Hourly rate pending experience, skills, and tool system.

* * Benefits matter! The hourly value of our benefits package compared to being a "sub" is huge:

• Workers Comp: $4.03/hr.
• FICA and Medicare: $2.56/hr.
• State Unemployment: $0.49/hr.
• 401k employer contribution (UP TP 3%): $0.75/hr.
• Health Insurance (we pay 95% premium): $3.36/hr.
• Sick, Holidays, Vacation: $2.22/hr.
• Benefits and paid time off equate to an additional $13.41 above your hourly rate.
• After one year you'll be enrolled in the profit sharing which has been about $375/month to $1,700/month for one to five year folks.

* * * Experience, skills, and attributes we are in search of:

• 7+ years of high-end residential remodeling
• Light framing, demo, Installing windows / doors
• Building additions
• Collaborate and communicate with your team and Project Manager
• Ability to also work independently
• Able to lift 80+ pounds
• Dexterity, stamina, excellent balance for working at heights on ladders or scaffolding, overall ability to maintain performance and prevent injury
• Capable of solving problems that may arise; Exceptional observation of details
• Light electrical, plumbing, and drywall repair is a plus
• Reading blueprints
• Leak detection, moisture intrusion, repairing wood rot
• Able to complete a remodel from start to finish
• Tools needed for any scope of work
• Proficient with current building codes and regulations
• Keep in mind that this is remodeling, not new home construction or just finish work
