You will also be involved in patient and caregiver education, supervision, and reporting on patient progress. Key Responsibilities ● Perform Physical Therapy assessments and develop treatment programs ● Record and report patient's reaction to treatment and condition changes ● Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy programs and device use ● Supervise physical therapy assistant and, when appropriate, the certified nursing assistant ● Prepare reports and participate in staff and Agency development activities Schedule and Shift Details ● Schedule: Monday-Friday; day shift (start & end times vary based on the patient needs) 1 weekend every 6 weeks (Saturday & Sunday day shift w/scheduled patients) & 2 holidays per year (1 summer, 1 winter on a rotating basis); no on-call Travel ● Local travel to residential homes SojouRN Job ID 73REL.
