Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year A bit about us: We are a leading multifamily renovation construction company in need of a talented Superintendent to work job sites through out Los Angeles. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and organizing local projects as related to multifamily apartment construction. Why join us? Competitive Base Salary Competitive Benefits Package 401K Plan Accelerated Career Growth Job Details Details: Lead HVAC installation for multi-family projects, including refrigeration lines, rectangular/spiral ductwork, and low-voltage wiring Manage bidding, crew organization, and material ordering across multiple job sites Ensure compliance with project specs, schedules, and safety standards Coordinate with internal and external teams to keep jobs on track Maintain high standards of quality, code compliance, and customer satisfaction Background Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (multi-family projects preferred) Refrigerant Certification is needed Proven experience managing multiple HVAC crews and job sites Strong understanding of HVAC systems, materials, and best practices Must be able to pass physical and drug screening Interested in hearing more?
