Job Description Job Description Team Assignment: Analyst – Slab Procurement (1 Year Contract) Location: North Mobile County – Administration Building (Office Setting) Start Date: April 14, 2025 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (No Overtime) Pay: $20–$25/hour (Based on Experience) Contract Length: 1 Year ️‍ Reports To: Procurement Dept. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-driven, Excel-savvy professional to join our Procurement team as a Temporary Analyst – Slab Procurement. This role plays a key part in data handling, SAP processing, and reporting functions that support material procurement and compliance for slab deliveries. Key Responsibilities Load material messages and data into SAP Analyze the inquiry and procurement process Build weekly and ad-hoc reports (inventory, delivery, distribution, etc.) Monitor slab compliance and delivery data Generate pricing calculations and maintain updates in SAP Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) VLookUP and Pivot Tables experience required Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with SAP Strong experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Must pass Excel proficiency assessment What We’re Looking For A highly organized, tech-comfortable candidate who enjoys working with data, finds satisfaction in accurate reporting, and can hit the ground running in a fast-paced office environment.
