Key Responsibilities: Process large-volume, multi-state payroll on a biweekly basis Review and audit timekeeping records for compliance and accuracy Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, including overpayments and retroactive adjustments Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and internal policies Partner with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries Required Qualifications: 2 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-state environment Hands-on experience handling overpayments, adjustments, or garnishments Solid understanding of payroll regulations and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with large payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Oracle, SAP) is a plus Why Join?
