Job Description Job Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in our Service industry located in VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for various tasks such as account reconciliation, data entry, and preparing bank deposits. Your role will also include working with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. Responsibilities • Efficiently process account reconciliations • Accurately maintain customer credit records • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Execute data entry tasks with precision • Prepare bank deposits as required • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze data • Work with QuickBooks for accounting functions• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as an Accounting Clerk • Proven proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Excellent Data Entry skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel • Experience with QuickBooks software is essential • Ability to prepare bank deposits effectively and efficiently
