TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Oncology RN in Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804 Pay Information $2,236 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Medical Surgical - Surgical Oncology Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Indiana or Compact Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Proficiency in Cerner EMR Job Description: - Work in a 32-bed medical surgical unit specializing in Surgical Oncology. - Provide comprehensive nursing care with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5:1. - Collaborate with a team including RNs, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Unit Secretaries (US) during day shifts. - Float to medical surgical or stepdown units within the scope of practice when needed. - Work every other weekend (nights include Friday and Saturday) or 4 weekend shifts per month. - Holiday work includes 2 out of 4 designated holidays. - Wear navy blue scrubs as part of the professional attire. - Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient care management. - Participate in a comprehensive orientation program starting on Mondays. - Be adaptable to cancellation policies, allowing for up to 3 shift cancellations in assignments longer than 13 weeks without penalty. 27386752EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
