Job Description Job Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Deerfield, Illinois. As part of our team, you will be the first line of support in a primarily Microsoft environment, handling client issues, managing schedules and priorities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Administer and provide support for client antivirus and other desktop monitoring and security tools. • Play a key role in resolving client issues, acting as the primary support engineer in our Microsoft environment. • Manage your own schedule and priorities using our ticketing system, focusing on customer service and client satisfaction. • Handle end user's computer hardware and software support, liaising with vendors to resolve issues as necessary. • Leverage services like Azure/Entra or Active Directory to maintain user functionality. • Understand and administer cloud services including Azure, Office 365, and Gmail. • Document procedures and post them to our Knowledge Base to educate and guide team members. • Work closely with Sr. Systems Engineers to understand network topology, profiles, and general structure of a Windows server environment. • Provide insights and recommendations to Sr. Systems Engineers, impacting the client's overall technical stack and satisfaction. • Proficiently handle backup technologies, performing backup and restore tasks as needed. By joining us as a Help Desk Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team's success while developing your skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments. • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar • Proficiency in Android Development • Strong knowledge of Cisco Technologies • Experience with Citrix Technologies is essential • Proficiency in using Mac Computers • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft software and systems • Proven experience with Active Directory • Ability to troubleshoot and repair Apple Devices • Hands-on experience with Computer Hardware • Knowledge of Configuration Management • Demonstrated experience in Deployments
