My client is a world leading R&D and manufacturing company providing a range of products and services for the medical industry. Mechanical and Electrical testing - including displayed ability to design and develop test equipment and processes In depth knowledge and understanding of equipment required to perform Mechanical and Electrical testing Displayed capability in Computer Aided Design Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently Capability to provide mechanical or electrical specifications to outside suppliers for the procurement of bespoke equipment What will the role involve? Develop, implement and perform testing procedures which support the development of new products and the maintenance of existing ones Undertake systematic analysis of failures which occur during testing, utilising a variety of Root Cause Analysis methods Independently design, build, qualify and maintain test fixtures to support the performance of defined testing procedures Provide informed and accurate information on development tasks that enables successful planning Translate technical and functional design requirements into testing requirements to support the development of testing procedures
