Quantity Surveyor: Permanent Role: Quantity Surveyor Up to £70,000 p.a plus benefits Car Allowance / Company Car CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £70K, MANSFIELD BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, POTENTIAL OF HYBRID WORKING. An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Mansfield based Residential Groundworks Business to operate out of their Office in the Mansfield within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of 100m is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages. Duties: • Optimising contract profitability • Provide quotations to clients for variations • Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks • Accurate monthly cost and value reports • All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor Requirements: • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks • Time management skills and meeting deadlines • Experience in value engineering • Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Remuneration: • Up to £70,000 p.a • Car allowance • Paid Holidays • Pension Scheme
