Your Role & Responsibilities As a Corporate Tax Manager , you will: Lead client relationships , managing a portfolio and delivering innovative tax solutions.Provide advisory and compliance services , including M&A support, transactional tax advice, and tax risk management .Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment .Contribute to business development and play a key role in client events and market positioning . What We're Looking For UK corporate tax experience (from an in-house financial institution, advisory firm, or HMRC). ACA/CTA qualification (or equivalent).
