Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst // Financial Services // London // Salary: £45k // Hybrid I am currently working alongside an established financial services firm looking to add a finance analyst into the team. This is a key role of working closely with the CFO and finance director and the perfect opportunity for someone who is part qualified and keen to gain more exposure throughout all aspect of finance. Day to day: Assisting with month-end and year-end Business partnering with financial and non financial stakeholders Booking of Research revenue journal, including deferrals and accrual Perform daily reconciliations and revenue flash reporting Complete monthly journals and reconciliations, including maintaining the fixed asset register Review month-end accounts and post prepayments Compare budget with P&L actuals, and investigate potential errors and variances in data/budget/P&L Provide ad hoc analysis, deliver projects and help with day-to-day problem solving What they are looking for: Part-qualified accountant Previously worked within the financial services sector and a keen interest in financial services Background in financial analysis In our company values we aim for equity at all stages of the recruitment process, please let us know if we can do anything to make the process more accessible to you.
