Youll play a key strategic role in shaping financial processes, driving performance, and enabling the business to scale with confidence. The Role Drive financial strategy to enhance profitability and support sustainable growth Lead forecasting, budgeting and cost optimisation to enhance efficiencies Oversee month-end reporting and management accounts with accuracy and efficiency Deliver insightful financial analysis and commentary for SMT Design and implement KPIs to drive decision-making across the business Work closely with the Managing Director on long-term strategy, growth planning, new revenue streams and investment opportunities Oversee finance operations across group entities and subsidiaries, ensuring consistency and control The Person Fully qualified Accountant with a proven track record in senior financial leadership Previous experience in high-impact roles such as Financial Controller / Finance Director / Head of Finance Expertise in financial planning and analysis within a fast-paced, evolving business environment An excellent communicator with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholder Previous experience within a globally scaling business would be advantageous To apply for this Head of Finance job please click on the link below or contact Laura Haggan to discuss in the strictest confidence.
