Job Description

We’re working in partnership with one of Lanarkshire’s most respected legal practices to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their high-performing property team, based in Hamilton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to take the next step in their career within a firm known for its outstanding client service, modern approach, and supportive culture. The Role: You’ll play a key role in managing residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, working closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth, efficient process every time. You'll have autonomy in your work but also the support of a well-structured team behind you. Key Responsibilities: Handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing files Managing transactions from instruction through to completion Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties Preparing and reviewing legal documentation Keeping clients updated and ensuring exceptional service standards We’re Looking For: Previous experience in residential conveyancing (essential) Ability to manage a full caseload independently Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and client-facing skills A team player with a proactive, professional approach Paralegal qualification or equivalent experience in Scottish property law What’s on Offer: £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Supportive and friendly working environment Excellent progression opportunities within a growing legal team Well-established firm with a modern and client-focused approach Convenient Hamilton location with good transport links
