Responsibilities: Lead and manage the department, fostering a positive and high-performing culture Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Conduct regular departmental meetings to support communication and cohesion within the team Manage a full caseload of private family law matters (including children and financial remedy) Work with directors and the firm’s accountant to develop and manage annual departmental budgets Oversee departmental credit control and support fee earners in managing matter balances Support the firm in bidding for LAA contracts as required Attend and represent the firm at networking and industry events Raise the department’s profile through client engagement, social media activity, and thought leadership About You: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ experience in Private Family Law Proven leadership experience Well-organised and able to prioritise workload Driven to progress your career To find out more about this position, contact Hannah Monk at G2 Legal today.
