Role: Site Manager Location: Carrickfergus Hours: Full Time (7:30am to 4:30pm, early finish Friday) Pay: £50-55k (experience dependent) An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading social housing developer, on a brand-new residential build in Carrickfergus. Youll be managing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards, on time and on budget. Background in social housing highly desirable. project planning and time management skills. Strong communication skills to liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and residents.
