Head of FP&A / Insurance / London / Day Rate £750 - £900 A well-known insurance firm is seeking a Interim Head of Group FP&A to steer their budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead/ manage comprehensive budgeting, forecasting and analytical functions at a group level Foster robust relationships with key business partners, providing challenge and insight Own the quarterly and annual earnings group results reporting process Provide commercial understanding to enable decision-making Lead the preparation of the annual Business Plan for the UK division and quarterly forecasts/ re forecasts Coaching and mentoring the wider FP&A team Essential Skills and Experience: Proven senior FP&A expertise within an insurance firm Track record of managing a team Strong communication skills - the ability to speak through complex financial technical matters Balance sheet, financial planning and risk skills Ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders Demonstratable commercial acumen with a track record of adding value In our company values we aim for equity at all stages of the recruitment process, please let us know if we can do anything to make the process more accessible to you.
