FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst | Cheshire | £45,000 - £55,000 An opportunity to join a PE backed business based in Cheshire as they continue on their acquisitive growth drive. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this is a newly created role that will offer the opportunity for someone to add genuine value whilst being responsible for ‘ground up’ process implementation within the FP&A team. Range of duties will include; Develop and implement financial models aimed to provide detailed insight to aid decision making Design models to challenge accepted or new business strategies Work closely with the M&A team to provide insight into further potential acquisitions Produce detailed forecasts and provide commentary on key risk/opportunities Design a KPI suite and produce monthly reports for management to aid decision making Partner with Ops teams to provide detailed analytical feedback on key performance metrics Play an active part in all financial planning & budgeting activities Candidate profile; Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) preferred – NOT essential Advanced analytical experience using Excel, ERP systems and other suites Excellent communication skills Business partnering background advantageous M&A exposure also advantageous
