How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Siamo alla ricerca di Un/Una Coordinatore Sanitario per la Centrale di Siracusa. Attività: Assicurare, supportare e supervisionare le attività dei operatori sanitari delle Centrali Operative. Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure sanitarie definite dalla Direzione Sanitaria e delle linee guida internazionali. Verificare il rispetto e l'applicazione delle procedure e istruzioni in termini di qualità, appropriatezza e sicurezza. Supportare gli operatori nella comunicazione e relazione con clienti/pazienti e con tutti gli stakeholder presenti sul territorio. Interfacciarsi con diverse funzioni aziendali (QHSE, Sales & MKT, Procurement, HR e Operations) assicurando loro il supporto sanitario richiesto. Are you a MATCH? Requisiti: Esperienza nel ruolo come Coordinatore di personale sanitario, di almeno 1 anno maturata all'interno di strutture complesse. Ottima Conoscenza dell'assistenza domiciliare e del Clinical Risk Management. Ottima Capacità di Gestione di un team. Sede di lavoro: Siracusa.
