Position Snapshot Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science and Technology) or chemical laboratory technician A previous experience in the laboratory (food industry will be a plus) Fluent in Italian and English A Day in the life of a Chemistry Laboratory Analyst Chemical and physical analysis of food products, water, raw materials (from sample preparation to reading and interpretation of results); Preparation of solutions and management of laboratory materials; Use of benchtop equipment (pH-meter, fluorometer, titrations, NIR, and others); Sampling of raw materials and process intermediates; Perform biochemical methods (ELISA); Management of the Internal Control Plan (ICP), monitoring of laboratory instruments, documentation management; Verification and validation of chemical methods; Application of Good Laboratory Practices. What will make you successful Good knowledge of general and food Chemistry; Strong orientation towards achieving results through critical analysis of data; Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Proactivity, curiosity, and teamwork skills.
