Senior PLM Developer - ThingWorx/Windchill

Job Description : Conduct thorough requirement analysis to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications for PLM solutions. Create detailed designs for ThingWorx applications, ensuring scalability, usability, and alignment with client requirements. Perform development tasks, including configuration and customization of Windchill to meet specific business needs. Engage directly with customers and interact with various stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and present solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Ensure the developed solutions adhere to best practices and quality standards. Participate in testing and deployment activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our PLM development processes. Key Responsibilities / Expectations: - Requirement Analysis: Thoroughly analyze and document client requirements for PLM solutions. - Detailed Design of ThingWorx Apps: Create comprehensive technical designs for ThingWorx applications. - Development (Configuration/Customization) of Windchill: Perform configuration and customization of Windchill based on requirements. - Customer communication/Interaction with stake holders: Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Technical guidance to team members: Provide mentorship and technical support to team members. What you'll bring : - Proven experience in PLM development with a focus on ThingWorx and Windchill. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex client requirements. - Experience in designing and developing applications using ThingWorx. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Windchill. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders. - Ability to provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Solid understanding of PLM concepts and best practices. - Experience with software development methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
