Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex/Visual Force

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.), leadership skills to manage developers, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to transform requirements into scalable and efficient solutions. - 10 years of experience. - Must & should have Retail Experience - Architect Role candidate can be considered - Must have experience in integration - Hands-on experience on apex trigger, batch class, LWC - Better understanding of business process. - Good understanding of sharing model - Good communication and should be able to work independently. - Experience in real estate industry is preferred. Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce projects. - Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions. - Design and implement complex customizations using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations. - Manage a team of Salesforce developers and admins; provide technical mentorship and code reviews. - Define best practices and development standards across the Salesforce implementation. - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, and project managers to ensure successful delivery. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), or custom connectors. - Ensure the platforms scalability, security, and performance. - Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features for adoption.
