AEM Developer

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement custom AEM components, templates, and workflows. - Develop and integrate AEM with other systems, such as CRM, DAM, and marketing automation platforms. - Create and maintain AEM sites, pages, and content using best practices. - Develop and implement AEM Forms and workflows. - Integrate AEM with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including OSGi, Sling, and JCR. - Expertise in Java, JSTL, and other Java-based technologies. - Experience with AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows. - Knowledge of AEM authoring, publishing, and dispatching processes. - Experience with AEM security and user management. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content strategists, and project managers. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for AEM solutions. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - Stay updated on the latest AEM features, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications : Essential : - 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing AEM solutions. - Strong understanding of Java, JSTL, and other Java-based technologies. - Experience with AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred : - Experience with AEM 6.x or later versions. - Experience with AEM Touch UI and HTL/Sightly. - Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). - AEM certifications (Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer) (ref:hirist.tech)
