Data Modeler - Metadata

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler with 8-12 years of experience to design and optimize data models, ensuring efficient data flow and storage. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in metadata management, machine learning in production (7-9 years), statistical analysis, and database system evaluation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, data scientists, engineers, and analysts, to develop scalable and efficient data solutions. Responsibilities : - Analyze and translate business requirements into long-term data models. - Develop and optimize metadata management strategies. - Implement and manage machine learning models in production environments. - Apply statistical methods and mathematical foundations for data analysis. - Evaluate and enhance existing database systems. - Design and implement conceptual data models and data flows. - Establish best practices for data coding to ensure standardization and consistency. - Troubleshoot and optimize data systems for performance efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless data integration. - Prepare technical documentation, training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. - Effectively communicate and engage with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment. Requirements : - 8-12 years of experience in data modeling, metadata management, and related areas. - 7-9 years of hands-on experience in machine learning in production. - Proficiency in statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and database systems. - Expertise in data flow design and system optimization. - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities. - Data modeling certification (preferred but not mandatory). - Willingness to relocate to Chennai if not already based there. - Availability to join immediately or within 3 weeks. - Prepared to attend a face-to-face (if in Chennai) or Zoom interview.
