Role Description : This is a challenging and rewarding full-time remote role for a highly skilled Python Developer with a specialization in Generative AI. As a key member of our technology team, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining robust back-end web services and sophisticated software solutions leveraging the power of Generative AI. Your responsibilities will extend to ensuring the high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of our AI-driven applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers, throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance. A strong understanding of best practices in software development, object-oriented programming principles, and experience with cloud platforms are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient back-end web services and APIs using Python. - Develop and integrate Generative AI models and algorithms into our applications. - Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following established coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand model requirements and facilitate seamless integration. - Build and maintain robust data pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying AI models. - Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of our applications. - Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement effective solutions. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Python, Generative AI, and related technologies. - Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Work with databases (both relational and NoSQL) to design and implement efficient data storage and retrieval solutions. - Contribute to the technical documentation of our applications and systems. Qualifications : - Proven expertise in Back-End Web Development using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Minimum of 8 years of total experience in software development with a significant focus on back-end technologies. - Demonstrable experience in Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services relevant to application deployment and scaling. - Solid understanding of Machine Learning principles and experience integrating ML models into applications. - Strong proficiency in Software Development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. - Proficiency in working with various Databases, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. - Strong collaboration and communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and specifically those relevant to Generative AI (e.g., Transformers, GANs) is a significant plus. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools is a plus.
