Job Description : As an Appian Developer, you will be a key contributor to our Appian development efforts. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of application development, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Your ability to write clean, efficient code and troubleshoot complex issues will be essential to your success. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement business applications using the Appian platform. - Build and maintain Appian interfaces, process models, data models, and rules. - Develop and implement Appian plugins and integrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, project managers, other developers) to define, design, and ship new features. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. - Write clean, testable, and efficient code. - Troubleshoot and debug applications. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Maintain and enhance existing applications. - Integrate Appian applications with other web services and APIs. - Develop and maintain Appian web services. - Create and maintain technical documentation for Appian applications. Requirements : Technical Skills : - 5 to 8 years of experience in Appian development. - Strong understanding of Appian platform concepts and best practices. - Experience with Appian SAIL, process modeling, and data modeling. - Experience with Appian plugins and integrations. - Experience with web services and APIs. - Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
