Interim Building Surveyor

Job advert: Building Surveyor Location: London Day rate: £350 day rate Working on a very exciting opportunity to work for one of our trusted, returning clients as an interim Building Surveyor. This position is there to assist on property maintenance and improvement projects and would suit a driven and focused Building Surveyor. Key responsibilities: Conduct property inspections checking for defects, maintenance needs and compliance within building regulations. Ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of the repairs, refurbishments and planned works.
