Full Stack Developer

Fully Remote position within the UK on the day-day An award-winning insurance organization is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to come on board to enhance its goal of providing great new services and products. Key Responsibilities: Write high-quality, reliable, and testable code Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to deliver system features Participate in sprint planning, work estimation, and forecasting Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and functional/performance testing Improve software performance and troubleshoot critical issues Streamline the software development lifecycle for efficiency Ensure adherence to security and governance standards Work closely with DevOps engineers to improve build and release processes Develop reusable services for faster delivery Required Skills & Experience: Ideally 3 years of experience in either front-end, back-end or full-stack professional development roles Proficiency in .NET, C#, node.js, react.js, T-SQL Experience with AWS (Lambda, Fargate) and serverless technologies Knowledge of CI/CD, version control tools (GIT), and infrastructure as code (Terraform) Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., OWASP, Cyber Essentials) Experience with databases (e.g., AWS RDS, DynamoDB, SQL Server) Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills Familiarity with agile development and DevOps principles Experience in regulated financial services (desirable) Must have the right to work in the UK.
