The Chef de Partie will assist in the preparation and service of food on their given section for multiple outlets, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. The Person The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following: - Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen as a Chef de Partie - Experience in banqueting would be beneficial - A creative approach to seasonally changing menus and a busy multi outlet operation - High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation. - A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn. - True team spirit, enthusiasm and the right attitude will go a long wayThe ability to run a section - Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen. - Possess a willingness to meet the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
