HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Company client currently working on behalf of it's client who are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis.This is a mobile position covering three site location in Surrey Place of Work: Guildford, Merrist Wood, Farnham)Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (on site from 08:00 to 16:30)Standby Service: On-call rota (paid additionally)Probation Period: 3 monthsKey Responsibilities:Perform routine planned maintenance and repairs to mechanical and HVAC plantConduct general fault finding and rectification on mechanical and HVAC systemsMaintain accurate records of work completed using the internal management systemParticipate in the emergency call-out rota (outside of normal working hours)Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and customers as part of a teamProvide courteous service to clients and the general publicDemonstrate a commitment to high-quality customer careMaintain a smart, professional appearance at all timesCommunicate clearly and effectivelyWork flexibly and perform well under pressureStay up to date with relevant legislation and maintain professional competenceRequirements:Strong mechanical HVAC knowledgeRelevant Mechanical HVAC qualificationsExperience in HVAC systems and associated plumbingExperience working with pumpsDomestic Heating (Gas Safe) or Air Conditioning (F-Gas) qualifications (advantageous)Proven experience with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and record keepingStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with field service softwareBenefits: Company van provided 23 days annual leave bank holidays Company Pension Scheme (Auto Enrolment) Training and professional development opportunitiesPlease Note:The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and full employment screening.The salary for this role is £37,000k annually.
