Team Leader - C++/C# Technologies

Job Description : Are you passionate about leading cutting-edge technology teams and developing state-of-the-art security solutions? We are looking for a C++/C# Team Leader to join our dynamic team and drive innovation in investigative analytics software. What You'll Do : - Manage a team of developers, collaborating with global development teams. - Work closely with architects, product managers, and customer success teams. - Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members. - Stay hands-on with development (50% hands-on responsibilities). What You Need : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. - 4-8 years of experience as an R&D Manager or Team Lead. - Strong expertise in C# and/or C++ development. - Experience working in a global environment. - Ability to manage pressure, adapt to fast-changing environments, and deliver results. - Fluent in English. Nice to Have : - Experience with Linux OS / Cloud technologies. - Telecommunications knowledge (GSM, UMTS, VoIP, 3G, 4G, 5G). - Networking expertise.
