Senior Java Developer - J2EE/Spring

Roles and Responsibilities : - Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance. - Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. - Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code. Required skills and qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in Java/JEE development. - Proficiency in the Spring Framework. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design and common design patterns. - Deep knowledge of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction Management, etc.). - Experience with Microservices architecture. - Knowledge of multithreading, REST APIs, application servers, and open-source tools. - Familiarity with standard software design and development practices. Preferred but not mandatory : - Experience working with containers such as OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with Maven. - Experience with Kafka. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
