Job Title : Senior Cloud IT Support Engineer. Experience : 6 Years. Location : Chennai(Perungudi), Bangalore(Whitefield). Job Type : Full-time. Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud IT Support Engineer with 6 years of expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365 Administration, Exchange, PowerShell, and Intune Security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring security, and providing high-level support to maintain operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, automation, and security best practices. Key Responsibilities : Cloud & Infrastructure Management : - Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud environments, ensuring availability, security, and scalability. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based resources for cost-effectiveness and reliability. - Implement and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), Virtual Machines, Storage, and Networking. O365 & Exchange Administration : - Manage and support Microsoft 365 (O365), including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint. - Configure and maintain Exchange Online & Hybrid Exchange environments, including mailbox migrations and troubleshooting. - Handle user provisioning, access management, and licensing in O365 Admin Center. Automation & Scripting : - Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, system configuration, and troubleshooting. - Automate routine IT tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads. Endpoint & Security Management : - Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, security policies, and endpoint management. - Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure and identity management. - Monitor and mitigate security threats, ensuring compliance with security frameworks. Support & Troubleshooting : - Provide Level 2/3 support for cloud-based IT systems and enterprise infrastructure. - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure, O365, Exchange, and Intune. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and incident resolution. Requirements & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 6 years of experience in Cloud IT Support or a similar role. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Azure Active Directory (AAD). - Hands-on experience with Office 365 Administration & Exchange Online. - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting. - Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and compliance. - Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, identity & access management, and security controls. - Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : - Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate certification. - Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert certification. - Experience with cloud networking, VPNs, and firewall configurations. - Knowledge of AI-driven security automation and compliance frameworks.
