Lead Flutter Developer - Dart Programming

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Flutter Developer to join our team at Delaplex. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the development of complex and high-performance Flutter applications. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality code. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in Flutter development, a deep understanding of Dart, and a proven track record of leading successful mobile development projects. Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Flutter development team. - Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns. - Lead technical design and architecture discussions. Flutter Application Development : - Design, develop, and maintain complex Flutter applications. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Ensure high performance and scalability of applications. Feature Implementation and Architecture : - Lead the implementation of new features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with project requirements. - Design and implement robust and scalable application architectures. Code Review and Quality Assurance : - Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. - Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks. - Ensure high quality deployments. Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting : - Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks. - Conduct in-depth debugging and troubleshooting. Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers. - Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Continuous Improvement : - Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter technologies, trends, and best practices. - Drive continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Required Skills and Experience : - 5-7 years of professional experience in Flutter mobile application development. - Dart Programming : Expert-level proficiency in Dart programming language. - Flutter Framework : Deep understanding of the Flutter framework and its architecture. - State Management : Advanced proficiency in state management solutions such as Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod. - API Integration : Extensive experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data. - UI/UX Design : Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design principles and best practices. - Problem-Solving and Debugging : Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills. - Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. - Version control : Strong understanding of Git and Gitflow.
