Naico ITS - Senior React.js Developer - HTML/CSS/TypeScript

Role Description : As a Senior React.js Developer, you will play a crucial role in our frontend development team. With your deep expertise in React.js and related technologies, you will contribute to building and enhancing performant web applications. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing technical solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, driving test-driven development (TDD), and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities : - Build and enhance high-performance React applications, ensuring code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices. - Develop user interfaces and components using React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. - Ensure web applications are responsive and compatible across different browsers. - Analyze user requirements and translate them into well-defined technical solutions. - Design the architecture and structure of frontend modules and components. - Document technical design, implementation details, and deployment processes to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams. - Drive Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles, writing comprehensive unit tests using Jest or React Testing Library. - Execute tests, analyze results, and continuously improve code maintainability and test coverage. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. - Promote best practices for coding standards, design patterns, and performance optimization within the frontend team. - Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and foster knowledge sharing. - Collaborate effectively with clients, business analysts, project managers, backend developers, and QA engineers to understand project objectives and ensure successful project delivery. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. - Clearly and concisely communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - While not a primary responsibility, knowledge of DevOps principles and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Key Skills Required : Experience : Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a React.js Developer. Technical Skills : - Proficient in React.js and its core principles (components, state management, hooks, etc.). - Strong proficiency in TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development. - Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design principles. - Expertise in Unit Testing using Jest or React Testing Library. - Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand) is desirable. - Familiarity with build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Parcel). - Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services. - Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React applications (ref:hirist.tech)
