Job Description

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Provide expert-level (L5) support for Informatica-based data warehousing solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Informatica workflows, mappings, and sessions. - Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring incidents. - Manage and maintain Informatica environments, ensuring high availability and performance. - Collaborate with development teams to implement changes and enhancements. - Adhere to ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management. - Utilize ITSM tools for ticket management and reporting. - Perform database queries and analysis using SQL. - Manage and support Unix-based systems related to the Informatica environment. - Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to provide timely support. Required Skills : - 8 years of experience in Informatica support and data warehousing. - Expert-level knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter and related tools. - Strong experience in application support within a large enterprise environment. - Proficiency in ITIL frameworks and processes. - Advanced knowledge of Unix operating systems. - Expertise in SQL for database querying and analysis. - Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy). - Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment. Qualifications : - Relevant technical certifications are preferred. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
