Solution Architect - Backend Technologies

Responsibilities : - Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand project requirements and objectives. - Design and develop comprehensive, scalable, and secure technical architectures. - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure architectural solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and scalability. - Create detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams, models, and specifications. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards. - Identify potential risks in proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 8 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or a Senior Software Engineer with significant architectural responsibilities. - Strong expertise in Java and related backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Jakarta EE). - Solid understanding of software architecture patterns and principles (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, layered architecture).- - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure systems. - Experience with database technologies (relational and/or NoSQL). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with integration technologies and patterns (e.g., REST APIs, message queues). - A strong interest in or prior experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies and their integration into software solutions is highly desirable. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. - Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Have : - Experience with specific OCR libraries or platforms. - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Security certifications or a strong understanding of security best practices.
