Power Platform Developer - PowerApps

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Power Platform solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Portals, and Power BI. - Develop interactive and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards, utilizing DAX, Power Query, and advanced visualization techniques. Architect and implement complex Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrate various systems. - Design and develop custom Power Apps components and Power Portal solutions to meet specific business requirements. - Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, including SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other APIs. - Develop and optimize complex DAX calculations and Power Query transformations for efficient data analysis. - Design and implement data models for Power BI reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Administer and manage the Power BI service, including security, data gateways, and report scheduling. - Build and deploy paginated reports. Design and implement secure and efficient data integration strategies between Power Platform components and external systems. - Ensure data quality, security, and governance across all Power Platform solutions. - Optimize data storage and retrieval for optimal performance. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and technologies. - Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and documentation. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Power Platform applications and Power BI reports. - Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. - Implement performance optimization strategies to ensure efficient and scalable solutions. Required Skills : - 8 years of experience in Power Platform development. Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI service administration. - Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), and Power Portals. - Experience integrating Power Platform with SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse, and various APIs. - Knowledge of data security, governance, and performance optimization. - Experience with Azure cloud services. - Experience with API integrations. - Strong understanding of data modeling concepts. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
