React Native Lead - iOS/Android Platform

We're looking for React Native Lead Experience : 7 years. Location : Chennai Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days. Job Description : Requirements : - 7 years of experience in React Native development along with Lead Experience. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, and TypeScript. - Experience with Redux or other state management libraries. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. - Knowledge of mobile app architecture and design patterns. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Experience with push notifications and their integration. Responsibilities : - Lead a team of React Native developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise. - Architect and design robust and scalable mobile applications using React Native. - Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows. - Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality. - Drive technical decision-making and problem-solving. - Develop and maintain high-performance React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms. - Implement complex UI/UX designs and ensure seamless user experiences. - Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. - Implement and manage state management using Redux or similar libraries. - Implement and manage push notification services. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions. - Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in React Native and mobile development. - Identify and implement opportunities for process and performance improvements. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Version control using Git.
