PT Accounts Assistant

Account Assistant - Part-time - Buckinghamshire Pertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a PT Account Assistant for our client based in Buckinghamshire. Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-3pm (25 hours) Salary: £16-£18 per hour (DOE) Duties: - Perform data entry tasks, sales daybook and purchases daybook, accurately and efficiently - Perform monthly reconciliation of cash/card transactions and supplier statements - Assist in the the preparation of financial reports and management packs by analyzing data - Maintain orgainsed records of transactions, invoices and receipts. - Support the accounts in processing payments and managing accounts receivable - Respond to client emails Requirements: - Your own transport due to the location - Previous Accounts experience - Experience in using accounts packages If you would be interested in this role, then please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps
