You will also monitor the quality of work, ensure compliance with project specifications, and handle any issues that arise on site. To be considered for this role, you will need: SSSTS qualification and a Gold Card. Heavy earthworks experience Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally on large construction or nuclear projects. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage site teams effectively. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
