SAP Techno-Functional Consultant - HCM Module

SAP HCM Techno Functional Consultant We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity within India. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our SAP HCM solutions, combining your deep ABAP HR development expertise with a strong understanding of HR business processes and functional configuration. You will work closely with product management, business teams, and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best : - Actively participate in the design, implementation, and unit testing of ABAP HR objects, ensuring alignment with functional requirements. - Take ownership of the product's end-to-end methodology, adhering to and promoting best practices throughout the development lifecycle. - Utilize your hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP HR development and functional configuration to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Be responsible for assessing the priority and severity of identified bugs, effectively communicating these assessments with relevant stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with Product Management and Business Teams to thoroughly understand their requirements, contribute to setting priorities, and deliver against agreed technical objectives. - Align closely with the functional team and business stakeholders to understand, assist in, and continuously improve HR business processes. - Interact closely with Business owners and functional teams, including vendor partners both within India and globally, to gather and clarify requirements. - Collaborate effectively with engineering and user experience teams for design and technical feasibility discussions. - Demonstrate a passion for learning new tools, methodologies, and technologies, and exhibit the ability to quickly adapt to change. - Guide, develop, and manage standards, methods, and procedures to effectively determine product quality and release readiness. - Constantly strive for excellence in delivering high-quality products and promoting faster, more efficient thought processes within the team. Requirements : - Experience : 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR development. - Educational Qualification : B. Tech. / B. E. / M. Tech. / M. S. in Computer Science or a related field. - Proven experience in Report development, Integrations (including ALE/IDocs), HCM processes and forms, Workflow development and configuration, and Performance tuning of SAP HCM systems. - Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) Methodologies, with a strong understanding of agile principles and practices. - HR domain Knowledge is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of core HR processes and data.
