Brand Custodian. Implement Business targets. Maintain & grow sales function. Hold partners accountable for the brand including VM in stockists space & deliver & deliver on customer experience. Product Strategy: Within this division, conceptualize & provide input into curated product range for stockists & corporates. Market Research and Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets, partners, channels, and customers. Maintain a wide network of contacts to stay informed about current and future industry trends and market actions. Analyze the business environment, competitors, and customer needs to generate ideas for new products, services, pricing, and business models. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans. Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Team Management: Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, aligning them with organizational goals. Manage & develop the team to ensure business KPIs are achieved. Reporting: Complete quarterly sales reviews & report back to business. Ensure that weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports are completed per region.
