Job Description
Key Responsibilities Include: Designing bespoke itineraries for FIT and group travel across Southern Africa Understanding and fulfilling agents needs and budgets Creating detailed, imaginative quotations and travel packages Managing rooming lists, release dates, and bookings Communicating with agents throughout the entire sales cycle Following up on quotations to secure bookings promptly Issuing accurate invoices and costing sheets Liaising with suppliers to negotiate competitive rates Ensuring timely delivery of itineraries and travel documents Handling emergencies and urgent requests with professionalism Supporting the team and promoting our products passionately Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Inbound Consultant A Tourism qualification and Grade 12 certificate Deep knowledge of Southern Africa as a travel destination Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Exceptional multitasking ability and the capacity to work under pressure Great communication skills verbal and written Willingness to work extended hours, especially during peak season A team player with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
