Position Title : Technical Lead Java Experience : - 8 years(8yrs Java Developement,3yrs exp. in developers team lead) Notice period : - 1month -Immedidate joiner Location : - Tirunelveli / Chennai Skills set : Java,Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, My SQL, MongoDB, Software Architectures, Integrating Complex System, Developers team lead Key Responsibilities : - Lead and guide the development team in the implementation of Java-based applications. - Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with architects to define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles. - Lead the design and architecture of complex software solutions. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of software architecture. - Actively participate in coding and development activities. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing among the team. - Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. - Track and report on project progress, identify risks and propose solutions. - Foster a collaborative and positive team culture. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and UX designers. Requirements : - Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Java development. - At least 3 years of experience leading a team of developers. - Proficiency in using popular frameworks like Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and Hibernate/JPA for ORM (Object-Relational Mapping). - Knowledge of Java Memory Management, garbage collection, and JVM (Java Virtual Machine) internals. - Experience implementing authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security. - Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). - Understanding of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and when to use them.
