Job Title : Contact Center Report Developer. Years of Experience : 8 to 12 Years. Location : Noida. Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days. Job Description : Data Analysis and Visualization : - Ability to analyze raw data and translate it into actionable insights. - Proficiency in using visualization tools like D3.js, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to create dashboards and reports. SQL and Database Knowledge : - Querying databases to extract relevant data using SQL or similar languages. - Understanding of data schemas and the ability to join, filter, and organize data. Contact Center Platforms and Tools : - Familiarity with Contact Center platforms like Genesys, Nice Cx1, Cisco. - Knowledge of built-in reporting tools within these platforms. Programming : - Experience with languages Python, PowerShell for advanced data manipulation and custom reporting.
