THIS POSITION IS FOR OUR PLANTATION OFFICE LOCATION.

We are seeking an experienced Worker's Compensation attorney with a proven track record of success. The candidate must have the drive to grow their practice through networking and Bar participation. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the workers compensation case, including evaluating the merits of a workers compensation case; providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication, medical review, and negotiating; settling and litigating cases, as necessary.

Minimum 3-5 years' of experience in either defense or plaintiff's Workers Compensation work preferred. Should possess strong negotiation and communication skills, a firm understanding of Florida workers compensation law, and have effective leadership skills. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
