Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Our client, a Legal 500 law firm in Guildford, is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team. The team and wider firm are recognised for their high-quality work. Duties will include: Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, and corporate governance documents. Conduct legal due diligence and prepare related documentation. Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments. Collaborate with internal teams on transactions. Active involvement with business development. Desired Skills and Experience: Corporate fee earning experience essential 1-3 years PQE. Proven track record of meeting targets. Have strong interpersonal skills What they offer: Salary depending on experience £45K (depending on experience). 25 days annual leave plus birthday day off. Company pension. Private health scheme.
