Key Responsibilities : Strategic Technology Leadership : - Develop and implement the overall technology strategy, aligning it with the company's business objectives. - Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to ensure PivotRoots remains competitive. - Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the technology team. - Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and resource allocation. Team Leadership and Management : - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, engineers, and IT professionals. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. - Define team goals, performance metrics, and development plans. - Recruit, train, and retain top technical talent. Qualifications : Experience : 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within a digital marketing or MarTech agency. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of MarTech platforms, digital marketing technologies, and web development. - Proficiency in software development methodologies, cloud computing, and database management. - Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools. - Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards.
