Senior Residential Support Worker - Ely Are you an experienced Senior or Children's Residential Support Worker ready for a new challenge in a supportive environment? Opus People Solutions are seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join an amazing, supportive team in Ely. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain clear boundaries to ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive. Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and adherence to policies. Provide emotional and social support, helping young people build meaningful relationships and engage with the local community. Assist the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager and cover their duties when required.To be considered, you will have: Solid experience working within the residential childcare sector NVQ Level 3 or QCF (Caring for Children & Young People) or equivalent qualification. Full UK Driving Licence.What's on offer: £31200 - £32400 per year additional £3,000-£6,000 per year for sleep-ins Life assurance, enhanced maternity & paternity pay.
